The service
Pley lets you write a game pilot from a coin name, ticker and line of lore, then create a token on Solana linked to that game. A language model writes the game spec; the Pley engine runs it in your browser. Pley is software. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or financial institution.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may not use Pley if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any rules on creating or promoting tokens.
Tokens and risk
Tokens launched on Pley are memecoins. They have no intrinsic value, no promised utility and no backing. Their prices can fall to zero quickly and permanently. Nothing on Pley is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no channel, host, listing or forecast predicts a price.
Pley does not issue, endorse or vouch for tokens created by users. Anyone can launch a coin with any name. Always check the mint address before you trade, and never spend money you cannot afford to lose.
Your wallet
You use your own Solana wallet. You alone control its keys, and you are responsible for every transaction you approve. Blockchain transactions are final: Pley cannot reverse, cancel or refund them. Read what your wallet shows before you approve.
Fees
A launch includes the Pley launch fee shown on the Launch channel, plus Solana network fees and account rent. The total appears in your wallet before you approve. Fees are not refundable once the transaction is confirmed. We may change the launch fee for future launches.
Your content
You are responsible for the names, tickers and lore you submit. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. You give Pley a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and process that content to run the service, including sending it to our model provider and showing it in listings.
Generated games
The game spec written for your launch is yours to use, share and promote, including commercially. The Pley engine, site, characters, brand and code remain Pley's property; we license you to play and share games through Pley. Generated output can be similar to output produced for others, and we do not promise any spec is unique.
What you may not launch
- Coins that impersonate a real person, company, project or existing token.
- Content that harasses, threatens or sexualises anyone, or targets private individuals.
- Content that promotes violence, hate or illegal activity.
- Coins used for fraud, market manipulation, wash trading or misleading claims of returns.
- Anything that infringes intellectual property.
You may not attack or overload the service, scrape it at volume, or try to make the writers' room produce content these rules forbid.
Listings and removal
Pley can refuse to write a pilot, decline to build a launch transaction, or remove a channel from its listings at any time if we believe it breaks these Terms or the law. Removing a listing does not affect the token on Solana, which we do not control.
No warranty
Pley is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that games will behave a particular way, or that third-party services such as wallets, RPC providers or the Solana network will work.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pley and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of tokens, funds, profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the launch fees you paid to Pley in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Using Pley after an update means you accept it. Questions: [support email].
